Centrick Property, Birmingham based property management company, is thrilled to have been awarded another industry award continuing with the sucess of the 2015 awards achieved. They have been named best medium Midlands Letting Agency of the Year at the 2016 Sunday Times Letings awards. The winners were announced at a prestigious awards ceremony hosted by radio and TV presenter Penny Smith and Sir Clive Woodward, coach to the winning England Rugby world cup team and highly successful Bejing and London 12 British Olympic teams. The ceremony was held at the London, Lancaster Hotel.
These awards are a welcome opportunity for agents to prove the cynicism often expressed by customers as unfounded and prove that excellent customer service is the main driver. They showcase those agencies who truly are a cut above the rest so it was particularly rewarding for Centrick Property to win this accolade.

Centrick Property was named winner of the medium Midlands sector which includes Derbyshire, Herefordshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Rutland, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire, judged by a panel of highly respected industry experts, the judges had a tough job. Centrick Property continues to prosper in what is proving to be a tough market!
