You’re invited to our first Menopause Café in Solihull! Hosted by Aline and Lesley.
The growing awareness in Menopause is making this subject and its challenges less and less of a taboo.
So come and join us for an informal chat to bust those menopause myths and talk all things menopause, perimenopause and life after menopause!
Every Menopause Café is informal and inclusive – participants can join in discussions or just listen in. Hosts Aline and Lesley will be on hand to welcome everyone and spark conversation. You can join for 10 minutes, for an hour, for the whole event, whatever works for you!
At the venue, Café Isabella, you will be able to purchase the ubiquitous cuppa tea and cakes! Or anything else that takes your fancy from the café’s menu. John-Paul, Café Isabella’s manager may even have a special offer on for us.
The Menopause Café’s objectives are:
To increase awareness of the impact of the menopause on those experiencing it, their friends, colleagues and families, so that we can make conscious choices about this third stage of life.
Our Menopause Café’s are offered:
On a not for profit basis
In an accessible, respectful and confidential space
With no intention of leading people to any conclusion, product or course of action
Alongside refreshing drinks and cake!
Who is it for?
Anybody interested in sharing their stories, experiences and questions about menopause. All genders and all ages. Men and women and inbetween. Old and young and inbetween.
