Hayfield receives a five-star customer satisfaction rating from the Home Builders Federation


Hayfield has secured a five-star customer satisfaction rating in the first year it has participated in the esteemed star rating scheme run by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

Hayfield has secured a five-star customer satisfaction rating in the first year it has participated in the esteemed star rating scheme run by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

The HBF scheme awards housebuilders stars for customer satisfaction, based on homeowner feedback in an independent survey. The surveys are sent out to purchasers once they have taken occupation of their new home and are designed to establish satisfaction levels with the quality of the property and the buying experience.

Star ratings are calculated on the number of customers who would recommend the housebuilder who built their new home to friends, with a five-star rating requiring 90% or above.

Hayfield specialises in building luxury family houses and has six live sites located in prime locations in Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, where a total of 430 homes are currently under construction. The company has offices in Solihull and Milton Keynes.

In 2019, Hayfield made history by becoming the first ever to be crowned Best Small Housebuilder in both the WhatHouse? and Housebuilder Awards. The company also won Best Customer Service Initiative at the 2019 Housebuilder Awards, with the judges selecting the newcomer above numerous established PLCs.

Hayfield also won Best House Under £750k at the 2019 Evening Standard New Homes Awards and Residential Developer of the Year at the 2019 Insider West Midlands Property Awards. The company has also scooped three NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.
