Midlands property investor and developer BPG has grown its team and moved office to a prime location in central Solihull.
Combined with a company rebrand and employing five new recruits, the new office at 31 Homer Road reflects the beginning of a new chapter for the property professionals.
Newly appointed Finance Director Robert Bayliss is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and joins BPG from Roxhill Developments. With more than 15 years' broad experience, Rob's specialist skills lie in joint ventures, development agreements and funding structures.
Rob is being assisted by new Finance Administrator Hannah Costin, who has four years' experience and is qualified to AAT standard. New Office Manager Jennie Sinclaire-Busby is PA to the Chairman and Directors and has previously worked in corporate sectors including Engineering, Security and the Civil Service. Two site managers for significant new development projects in Sheldon and Edgbaston have also been appointed.
