As a Sales Consultant at Fired Earth you will help customers with their vision of ‘home’ and turn it into a reality. You will help our customers choose paint or tiles or to design a new kitchen or bathroom; your eye for colour and design is key in delighting the customer and increasing sales.
We believe in treating our customers as individuals and providing them with a consultative approach to sales. Ideally we are looking for experienced and creative retail sales professionals with an interest or background in art or interior design. You will have a good attention to detail along and the ability to successfully close sales and identify new leads and opportunities for the company.
Through delivering excellent customer service and providing high standards in the showroom you will represent the Fired Earth brand and take a pride in your store and its success across the group.

This role in Solihull will be working 37.5 hours per week.
The hourly rate will be £7.90 - £8.16 per hour.
