Specialist Property Asset Management was originally set up in September of 2012 as part of a law firm to provide residential leasehold and estate management to the firm’s housebuilder clients and was formed as an antidote to the many unregulated property management companies in the marketplace. The idea behind the business was – and remains – simple.
