Bringing a contemporary taste of Tokyo to Solihull, KIBOU Japanese Kitchen & Bar opened on the High Street in April. They now offer takeaway 12pm – 6pm, Monday – Friday.

Designed to transport guests to the eclectic streets of Japan, KIBOU is well-known for its wide range of hot and cold Japanese dishes, exotic cocktails and equally exotic interiors.

There’s a range of eating and drinking areas to choose from too. From the plush lounge and dining room, the vibrant marble decked bar and the open sushi kitchen with high top seating. Plus outside you can dine amidst a canopy of golden acers in their Japanese-inspired terrace.

Enjoy signature sushi rolls, such as their famous Volcano Roll – salmon, avocado and tobiko futomaki, tempura fried and served with house sauces, steaming bowls of ramen, freshly prepared katsu curry, crisp tempura, pillowy bao buns and handmade gyozas. There’s a standalone vegan menu too that’s packed full of meat-free options, plus a kid’s menu that also doubles up as an origami challenge to keep your little ones entertained!

You’ll also find an ambitious selection of Japanese drinks too, including elegant cocktails, authentic high-balls, sake, Japanese whisky and Japanese brewed beers – the perfect accompaniment to your Japanese feast.

Lunch or dinner, KIBOU’s menu has something to suit everyone, but make sure you leave room for dessert, as their Japanese twist on a range of classic puds is the perfect round-off to any occasion.
